Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy Retreat

Revised Dates to be announced soon

The key principal of Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy resides on understanding our nature, optimising out inner resources through lifestyle and regular practices for a better management of the daily challenges.

Yoga,  an integrative Art and an ancient Indian Science of Healthy living, unfolds the infinite potential of the Human Being, leading one self to establish harmony between the mind, body and heart. Accessible and beneficial to all, its several techniques and practices enhance self observance, self awareness and self discovery.

Ayurveda, originating from India, is considered to be the oldest medical system in human history. Based on a holistic approach, this science of life is based on the principle that a being in harmony with his environment and lifestyle is naturally happy and healthy. Understanding a person’s own nature is essential to detect imbalances and help him or her regain his or her natural state of happiness and health.

Naturopathy is an holistic health care system based on natural therapies using exclusively the elements available in Nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Its fundamental belief is that in the optimum conditions a living system has an inherent ability to heal itself.

This immersive retreat has been thoughtfully crafted to build up the ideal lifestyle according to your nature and integrate into your daily life simple actions to promote, strengthen and preserve your health and well-being.
