Programme Overview
You will begin each day with 90 minutes of gentle yoga and meditation, aligning your mind and body for the day… and each evening you will have the chance to review your most valuable lessons of the day and discuss any challenges that may have arisen.

To be The Best Ever You we’ll be serving nourishing organic vegetarian and vegan food in in a serene setting to increase your vitality and enhance your overall well-being. Over the 6 days our nutritional plan will help you cleanse your body and boost your health with a mild detoxifying diet or juice fast. Furthermore, the beautiful and peaceful energy at Maison de Lunel will feed your soul, help you gain wisdom and healing, and bring you back to your best self, leaving you renewed and refreshed.

Today is all about light heartedness, having fun and starting to really explore and discuss how happy you can be… inner child meditation, play time and mini action plans.

Day 4 – Stepping Into Your Power
Trusting your intuition, woundology meditation and understanding the power of forgiveness and gratitude

Day 5 – Celebrate
Defining your Why, Visualisation, reflecting on your most empowering lessons and re-connecting with your desires

She helps you set goals, overcome your barriers and master powerful habits that will serve you for life.

Through both emotional and spiritual growth and strategically mapping out a path to success, Natasha guides, educates, and supports her clients to reclaim their health and their happiness.

Natasha has helped women from all walks of life experience more energy and confidence plus feel balanced and content so that they can achieve their health and lifestyle goals with grace and ease.

Her mission is to help women unlock their potential so that every area of their life is in alignment with who they want to be and where they want to be. Her motivation has always been to help people become the best version of themselves possible. She has structured this 6-day programme based on three pillars, combining eating psychology, positive psychology and performance psychology.

Natasha is a Certified Health and Life coach and received specialised training and mentoring under 6-figure coaches. She is trained in evidence-based and transformational coaching and an expert on cognitive and behavioural change.
